Introduction These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products from MainStreetMade, through our website, or any other means. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by MainStreetMade. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or product descriptions.

Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an email confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after receipt of your order confirmation.

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price you will pay is the price in effect at the time of order acceptance. 

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of order placement. Online payment methods available in your region are available in the webstore checkout. This operation is run by Shopify. We have no access to any credit card information.  Your payment information will be processed by Shopify.

Wire or bank transfer payment is available by request. Contact Us for further information.

Shipping and Delivery 4.1 Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Customer. We will provide an estimated delivery date, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or other external factors.

Delivery: Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, MainStreetMade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, use, or performance of any product. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the product.

Governing Law These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued purchase of products following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
